Philippine Flag Calamansi
Philippine Flag Calamansi
Celebrate Philippines Independence Day - June 12, 1898 or July 4, 1946 depending on asking Google or Siri. The Philippines declared independence from Spain in 1898, but because of the Spanish American war, the Philippines became a territory of the United States. This continued until WW2, when the Philippines was occupied by Japan. After the United States liberated the Philippines from Japan, the following year the US granted the Philippines their long desired independence once again, symbolically on July 4th, 1946.
We made these limited edition candles for a local Filipino mart. The color layers are symbolic of the Philippine flag while the fragrance is Calamansi - the Philippine lime, a staple of the Filipino cuisine and a refreshing juice drink as well. If you would like these custom candles, reach out to us by message and we will direct you to the local mart to purchase one directly, or we can discuss making a batch for wholesale.
